The greatest benefits of therapeutic massage are stress relief and conditioning of muscles and fascia. Gloria Schaefer, LMT is an individual practitioner of therapeutic massage offering customized sessions of Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal massage, and add-ons including hot stone, cupping, guasha, reflexology, aromatherapy, and healing energy. Treatment work is offered as part of a full body (or upper body) session.
Gloria became licensed in 2005, founded Massage Glow in 2008, relocated to 95 Allens Creek Road in 2021, and has experience working in spas. If you have questions or are interested in a referral for specifically orthopedic massage only, please contact Gloria.

Strictly therapeutic. Any advances, inappropriate comments, or questions will result in the termination of service. Your questions can probably be answered with an internet search.

Being late may result in a shorter session. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please contact Gloria. If you are more than 15 minutes late and you cannot be reached, you have missed your appointment.

Able to lay facedown and capable of rolling over

Please contact Gloria in advance if you have any major medical conditions, recent injuries, or surgeries or special needs. Please do not schedule within six weeks of surgery.

Extenuating circumstances include sudden illness or emergency.
Short notice cancellation, less than 24 hours: 15% fee

Please contact Gloria to cancel. To schedule your next appointment, please pre-pay with a 15% tip as the short notice cancellation fee.
Pre-paid
If you cancel less than 24 hours a pre-paid appointment, you may reschedule with 85% credit and pay 15% at your next session.
Missed appointment: 30% fee
Unpaid
To schedule your next appointment, please pre-pay with a 30% tip as a fee for your missed appointment.
Pre-paid
If you miss a pre-paid appointment, you may reschedule with 70% credit and pay 30% at your next session.
